>> TRAVEL INFORMATION
Both the modern and efficient Orlando (MCO) and Tampa (TPA) airports have many flights arriving from a wide variety of airlines. Unfortunately, ground transportation is not so good. A taxi from MCO to the hotel will cost about $50 for the 25 miles and TPA is 75 miles from the hotel. Rental cars are cheap though.
>> OTHER INFORMATION
Tourism: Central Florida temperatures in January average a high of about 70 F and a low of about 50 F with clear skies. Of course, there can be extremes down to freezing and it can rain. But usually it is nice. There are many tourist spots, including theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios, …), beaches (Atlantic and Gulf beaches are a little over an hour away), and Kennedy Space Center (an hour away). This is a good time to combine business with some personal tourism.
